The baker prepares baked goods (ie: bread, donuts, cookies, pastries) and ensures there is an ample supply of bread and pastries at every meal.
Adventure ahead! Salmon season is an incredible time to experience the beautiful landscape of remote, coastal Alaska, home to some of the world’s largest and most sustainable wild salmon fisheries. This is a chance to work hard, save on expenses, meet a variety of people from around the world, and produce healthy protein for worldwide consumption. The work lasts from approximately early June to the end of July. The season may be shorter or longer depending on the fishery.
The Production Associate will track daily production, collect traceability documents, and create bills of lading. Before the start of production, and at any down times during the season, the Production Associate may be assigned other office duties, such as data entry and filing. This is a seasonal position working approximately May - August. Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, the Production Associate works approximately 12 hours per day, seven days per week during peak production seasons approximately. This position is hourly and reports to the Plant Manager and Office Manager.

The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk enters payable invoices and supports vendors by answering payable questions. Additional related tasks consist of, entering purchase orders, employee and fishermen sales receipts, compiling and reconciling end of month vendor statements, and assisting with end of season fishermen statements/ accounting. This is a seasonal position working approximately May – Mid August in our Naknek office and Mid-August- August 30th in our Seattle office. Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, the Accounts Payable Clerk works approximately 12 hours per day, seven days per week during peak production seasons approximately. This position is hourly and reports to the Plant Manager and Office Manager.

The beach crew performs a variety of manual labor tasks. Once the fishing fleet delivers seafood to us, our beach crew may work on the deck of the vessel, in the vessel’s holds, and on the dock to unload the seafood from the vessel to our plant.
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department. A successful HR Assistant models professional and ethical behavior and upholds company policies. Assists the HR Manager in onboarding and orienting employees. Assists in timekeeping and payroll processing functions. This is a seasonal position working approximately May - August. Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, the HR Assistant works approximately 12 hours per day, seven days per week during peak production seasons approximately. This position is hourly and reports to the HR Manager with dottet line to the plant manager.

Seafood processors perform a variety of manual labor tasks. Once the fishing fleet delivers seafood to our docks, our processing employees move the product through our production line until it is shipped in bulk to customers and cold storage facilities worldwide.
The work lasts from approximately mid-June to early August. The season may be shorter or longer depending on the fishery.
